On top of earning a Business degree as well as Masters of Divinity from Erskine College and Erskine Seminary Mike has also served as an Officer in the South Carolina Army National Guard. When you don’t see Mike hanging out at a local coffee shop in Downtown Greenville, you might find him Paddle Boarding at some local lake, or on the trail hiking or biking.

He now specializes in industrial and flex spaces for local businesses in Upstate, SC.

He loves campfires, adventures on white water, and hanging out with his family at their home in Travelers Rest. Brad Dunson
Brad, a Greenville native, began his career 15 years ago in finance, passing the CPA exam and earning his MBA at Wake Forest. He then jumped at an opportunity to work at a Silicon Valley software startup where he helped configure financial models and dashboards for enterprise clients. The through line for his tenure in finance and tech was a curiosity for understanding and solving his client’s problems using a creative and analytical approach.
Brad brings this same curiosity and analytical focus to his work at Watershed, specializing in finding, selling and co-developing multi-family properties. Previously, Brad was the technical cofounder of a software company that provided portfolio information to Venture Capitalists.
Outside of work, Brad loves hiking and exploring new cities with his wife and 4 kids.
